I have very little knowledge on this topic. A quick research I came up with the following, I hope it helps: Freckles can be removed with lasers. There are two ways of removing freckles. One is you completely burn as the freckles using the ablative lasers. The other is to protect the skin only on the top and burn only the freckles only under the skin, using a non-ablative lasers.
