I have very little knowledge on this topic. A quick research I came up with the following, I hope it helps: Freckles can be removed with lasers. There are two ways of removing freckles. One is you completely burn as the freckles using the ablative lasers. The other is to protect the skin only on the top and burn only the freckles only under the skin, using a non-ablative lasers.
Cryosurgery uses extreme cold in the form of liquid nitrogen to freeze and destroy abnormal skin cells. Cryosurgery is generally safe, and it requires no anesthesia and little recovery time. Some potential side effects are hypopigmentation, bleeding, and blistering. Cryosurgery rarely causes scarring.
