That totally depend on you. If you feel comfortable collecting rent from her, and she doesn’t get in her feelings, why not? It’s a way of saving money for yourself, renting out your space. However, if you feel she might not be so financially capable to afford the rent, you could always work out a plan with her. I feel you should just try to sit her down and talk to her, she will definitely understand.
