I generally feel really horny and might feel some breast tenderness and/or have a more mucus-like discharge. At times, I’ve noticed I become more sociable and talkative, but usually it’s not that much of a difference. Sometimes, I experience back cramping, just mild cramping at the back side. Asides from all that, I use a period tracker app. This helps me stay afloat and track my circle, although not 100%.
Right now I’m on the pill so I haven’t ovulated in about a year plus. But before that – I never know when I’m ovulating. I always feel the same all throughout my cycle except a few days before my period when I get super bloated and maybe get a pimple or two. It’s been that way in the almost 15 years I’ve had periods.
