Why can’t I stop procrastinating? I’ve tried to work on it several times but no success.

If you are not doing that already, make sure you’re eating healthy, taking multivitamins, and incorporating outdoor exercise like a run or jog, preferably during the day. If you still can’t focus, your procrastination may just be a symptom of some underlying issue.
Talk to a therapist and explore what it might be. Fighting procrastination or lack of motivation head on with a mental disorder or clinical depression is like fighting two enemies at once, only ones invisible.
I work with the “What gets measured gets managed”, that way, I’m able to stay afloat and manage my tasks. For me it’s helpful to keep a log of how much I’ve worked. I have a spreadsheet with a column for every hour and a row for every date. Every few hours I fill in how many minutes I really worked for each hour that day. Then I total it up for the day and week respectively. It helps me to see what patterns work for me and also I can set goals to work for particular hours total next week. It’s kind of fun, like a game. For example, I noticed that I take really long breaks but I can also work for 4 hours continuously.
