Well, your paypal account email must match your swagbucks email and your paypal account must be verified – follow paypal instructions to verify your account and link it to your bank account. That takes a few days. Once your paypal account is verified, you can redeem your gift cards for paypal, and the funds will be deposited directly to your paypal within a few days. From paypal, you can transfer the funds directly to your linked bank account with no fees charged.
I totally doubt if you can redeem gift cards on paypal, well, I’ve never had to do it and I’ve not seen someone redeem giftcards on Paypal either. Gift cards are for a certain merchant or set of merchants if they are owned by the same entity and can only be used there. An Apple branded gift card can not be turned into a paypal cash. It is just stupid to assume such a thing. You can sell the card to someone else, probably at a loss from its face value and put the money into your bank account, which can subsequently be transferred to your paypal account.
