I sweat way too much that it’s becoming a serious concern for me. What can i use or do to block our sweats?
I’d say you should start wearing undershirts with pads but then I realised it might not so much work well for you, well it did not work so well for me. The only thing i think can help you is to switch to anti perspirant deodorant, it effectively blocks sweats and keeps you refreshed all day long. If that does not work for you, i strongly suggest you visit the hospital as excessive sweating could also mean something is wrong in your body.
If its from the armpits, you can get something called Driclor from the chemist. Basically, you wash and dry your armpits before bed and then roll it on. Wash it off as soon as you get up. You have to do it every day at first but eventually, you don’t have to do it very often at all and it stops you from sweating from the armpits. Which in turn, decreases body odor! I used to sweat profusely from the armpits. Driclor saved me much embarrassment.
