I want to upgrade myself, learn something new or go to a new place, get on a new field, but I just feel stuck. I don’t know how to go about it.

I want to upgrade myself, learn something new or go to a new place, get on a new field, but I just feel stuck. I don’t know how to go about it.
This is a very common feeling, almost everyone has felt this way at one point or the other in their life. Honestly, it may seem so cliché but the best thing to do at this time is to just take a break. You’d be surprised it’s when you’re very restful that you get clarity on things, and know better way to upgrade yourself. Take a break and rest, that’s the first thing to do.
You can simply try to take it one step at a time, love each day one day at a time. Don’t get too overwhelmed, the truth is, there is very little or less you can do when you’re overwhelmed and all you can think about is how to get out of your stuck zone. You can try to do more of things that make you happy. Free your mind/spirit.
