When people ask about how to guard their mental health, I just smile and ask “as simple as how to guard your mental health may seem, are you willing to let go a lot of unnecessary things?” Guarding your mental health isn’t the problem, the problem is actually staying true and becoming persistent. i love hanging out with funny friends, watch a comedy or check out cute videos online. Laughter helps reduce anxiety. Go off the grid. Leave your smart phone at home for a day and disconnect from constant emails, alerts, and other interruptions. Spend time doing something fun with someone face-to-face.watch the friends you make and pay attention to the kind of folks you allow in to your space. They have use influence on what your says the condition of your mental health.

Having good mental health is a part of being healthy. It is a form of self-investment which helps to enhance overall well-being. Taking care of our basic needs, maintaining a healthy lifestyle are a part of the same. This includes having a healthy sleep schedule, getting adequate rest for the mind and body as well as eating regular meals. Spending time doing things that you enjoy, taking out quality time for yourself are good for emotional well-being. Unwinding and decluttering the mind by talking, finding a creative expression, or writing down your thoughts helps. Finding support in people who are significant and the ones you trust can help during times of crisis. Additionally accepting oneself, recognising your unique strengths and not being critical of your weakness, instead working towards self development is a way of fostering mental health. Establishing healthy boundaries in personal and professional domains along with strengthening connection are ways to enhance emotional well-being.
