  2. For me it was really quick, not too sure why tbh. I think it was just because I was just all skin and bones in the first place. The main chest exercises I focused on when I started were; flies, dips, decline bench press and cable crossovers. My chest seemed to develop really fast with these exercises and also made strength gains pretty fast.
