It stacks up, and before you realize, it’s become finite and you’d find yourself tackling mental breakdown you didn’t see coming. The feedback loop from hell is like having depression inside depression, while getting depressed over something, you’re getting depressed for getting depressed. you see? That’s how it is, it messes with you. The best way to get out of feedback loop from hell is not getting in it at all, avoiding it at all costs.
