Any game can be beneficial to the brain as all games teach you something, especially video games. You know that feeling of learning a new game? That is the period where your brain burns a bit, that is where I think that’s when gaming really benefit your brain. Learning is pain and growth and strength come from adversity.
Playing games helps improve attention. You can’t succeed in many games unless you are totally concentrated on the process, totally involved in virtuality. One unnecessary thought, and your car flies away from a virtual road. Attention is something we really need to succeed in the real life too. Games improve creativity. Often, gamers should create something in the virtual universes. Even if no, they should find a way to accomplish some tasks, a successful way to play – this involves the creative skills and develop them. Games improve memory. Playing games, we should remember a huge quantity of tricks, features of virtual locations, other things.
