The high self-esteemed person will use their confidence to steer people in to a certain direction that serves them. They can dominate a situation to give the illusion of power and have their way, or create fear among people if they wish to create a following. On the other hand, the low self-esteem person may use a soft voice, self-pity, submissive tactics, sweet compliance and acceptance to make people listen or sympathize with them.
