Get a scrotal sonography done to check the testicle is not infected. Most of the possible causes aren’t that serious, but a few of them are bad and require significant treatment. You don’t want to lose your balls. Do not ignore it an hope it goes away. Don’t feel embarrassed, doctors are used to handling all sorts of things with discretion.
