If there is a problem in the scrotum, it will directly affect the subsequent fertility and sexual function. There are many reasons for swollen scrotum. The most common cause is the retrograde tract of the bacteria to the epididymis and testis through the urethra, causing the epididymis. Inflammation, orchitis, swelling and pain in the epididymis and testicles. In the acute phase, orchitis is characterized by redness and swelling of the scrotal skin and a significant sense of bulging when walking. Epididymitis in the acute phase symptoms of swelling and pain of the scrotum can involve the lower abdomen and thigh root.

It might be due to an infection. There is nothing to worry about. It can be a kidney stone. I had the same problem but after certain medication, I have no pain now. Get a scrotal sonography done to check the testicle is not infected. Most of the possible causes aren’t that serious, but a few of them are bad and require significant treatment. You don’t want to lose your balls. Do not ignore it an hope it goes away. Don’t feel embarrassed, doctors are used to handling all sorts of things with discretion.
