There is nothing wrong with plastic surgery, as long as you do your research and don’t cut corners. Just don’t be like the thousands of idiots that go abroad and come back with several health problems. People will say that it keeps you wanting more but if you know what you want and have thought about it, you can trust yourself.

If I had something I am not happy about and it would be easily fixed with cosmetic surgery via small enhancement, I would. Cosmetic surgeries are elective procedures, which means that it is not a necessity. You have to make a well informed decision as a procedure always carries somewhat of a risk, some a little more than the others. I am a strong believer that natural beauty is the best, if we want to enhance our natural features with cosmetic surgeries it’s fine. I do not like extreme plastic surgeries where a person becomes unrecognizable. I used to not like the idea of cosmetic surgery, now I think small enhancements are fine. The most important thing is that you keep your natural looks, and if the small enhancement makes you feel more confident and thus can make a huge impact on your life, yes go ahead!
I would consider undertaking cosmetic surgery probably because apart from being capable of holding on to my youthful appearance for a prolonged period, thus, feeling exceptionally confident, certain procedures could also improve overall physical health. However, I wouldn’t encourage people going under the knife for wrong reasons. For instance, they must not think cosmetic surgery would help their crush fall in love with them, or it would pave the way for workplace promotion. Thinking about different side-effects is an important necessity.
