Smoking very infrequently, say a couple cigarettes a week leaves you with a very high risk of developing cancer due to the cigarettes. Smoking more than just a few a week will only marginally increase your risk of cancer. But it certainly will make your teeth yellow faster, your clothes stink more, and keep you more addicted. I don’t know much about the dosage needed to have significant effects on heart health.
I know you don’t want to know this but one single stick of cigarette is as dangerous as a pack of cigarette. There are a long of damages caused by tobacco. And by the time you smile one cigarette daily, it builds up in your system. At the end of the year you would’ve smoked for at least 300 sticks of cigarette.
