Menstruation: the blood can touch the skin of the vulva and as it is rich in iron, with each menstruation, skin might darken slightly. Age: as we get older our skin suffers from different aggressions that might darken the skin in this area. The use of some products such as talc can darken the skin too.
It can be caused due to wearing tight underwear or clothing that doesn’t fit properly, and there is a lack of proper ventilation in the area. It can also happen as a result of everyday activities like walking, exercise, sex etc. Besides, rubbing the area too much can also lead to darkening.
The chest pain you have is probably a result of the way you sit, especially for prolonged periods of time, rather than a serious heart condition. Your symptoms do not fit into any of the serious cardiovascular conditions that has chest pain as a symptom.
