My period dates change and I don’t know why. I use the Flo app to track my cycle which is why I’ve been able to know my period isn’t even. What could be wrong?

no period cycle remains constant or the same every other month, cycles change and are irregular, either at the start or end or around the times of pregnancy or contraceptives. Also, asides from all those, period cycle can change due to stress and changes in reproductive hormones. changes in the reproductive hormones can trigger change in the release of eggs in the ovaries and shedding of the uterine lining. Learning more about your cycle will identify variations and how your body changes affect your cycle.
Irregular periods are the most common sign of PCOS. If you have PCOS, you may miss periods and have heavy bleeding when you do get your period. PCOS ca cause infertility, excess facial and body hair, male-pattern baldness and weight gain or obesity.
