i don’t often come across rape victims who had to go through abortion. Abortion would always be an option, especially in such a situation.

A woman who is raped generally did not want to have the child. In essence, a woman who does not want a child but falls pregnant due to rape should be able to abort the child. the child born from rape can be a constant reminder of what happened, and it hurts. Putting it up for adoption sounds like a good plan at a first glance. At the same time, you’ll know that, even if it was a rape child, you have a kid out there somewhere in the system. It’s hard to define what’s really right or wrong in this scenario. I suppose it all depends on the mentality and personal views of the person in the situation.
Almost no woman who is raped and impregnated wants to have a child. They didn’t have a choice if they wanted to have a child. They should be able to have abortion. All other people shouldn’t because they had a choice to have a child. Also, since women who got pregnant without their consent can easily opt for abortion, women who may have carelessly gotten pregnant but don’t wish to should also be accorded such right, as abortion is fairly accepted in just few places.
