I really can’t count how many times I’ve lectured some individuals on this issue, not all cross dressers are gay. I’m not a cross dresser, lol, so that isn’t fueling my agitation. It’s just a simple arithmetic, alright?

That moment of cross dressing is what some men crave to give them permission to feel the emotions and softness, nurture and love in a soft way because it’s deemed as something only a woman would do. By putting on those clothes, they can tap into that. While some cross dressers only do it for the enjoyment of drag and there is not a sexual fetish aspect of it. Whereas other cross dressers are heterosexual males who cross dress as a part of a sexual fetish.
It is quite common to believe that all cross dressers are homosexual or bi-sexual. There are many cross dressers who are heterosexual men. It is those men who report they enjoy the feel of women’s clothes, the excitement of pushing the limits of societal acceptance or enjoy the feel of risk taking. Men who cross-dress are, as some put it, expressing another aspect of themselves or achieving a feminine sense of self. And while we seem perfectly okay with those who do drag, somehow we’re not quite as ready for men who wear ladies’ clothes. There are many misconceptions about cross-dressers. Many assume them to be gay, but the majority are heterosexual.
