When you have a hot shower, you raise your core temperature, possibly by as much as a degree, depending on how hot you like the water. To counteract this, your body starts activating its normal processes for cooling you down, including, sweating. This actually starts very early into your shower, but you don’t notice because of the water flowing over you.
You’re probably showering with too much hot water, then stepping out into a warm and humid environment. Try showering with cooler water, it shouldn’t be hot enough to fog up the mirror. I have this problem when I run the water too hot. Nothing’s more gross than to step out of a nice shower and immediately start sweating. Cooler water prevents it.
