I get tired easily, little activities make me tired so fast, such that I get breathless. I don’t know why I’m like that and it’s such a great concern for me. I’m 22, should I be worried there could be an underlying health challenge?

The cause of your constant tiredness might not be something to be overly worried about. However, you should work on the cause(s) so it does not get out of hand.
Sleep deprivation is a major cause of tiredness— when you don’t get enough sleep, you get tired easily doing the least thing. Develop a good sleeping hygiene
Coffee addiction can sap all your energy, avoiding caffeine will increase your energy levels
Iron deficiency can contribute to your constant tiredness
Dehydration causes blood pressure to drop, this hinders enough blood from getting to the brain and muscles. So, drink water more often
Running out of breath may be due to fatigue of the diaphragm
Asthma could also be a cause of, your airways become inflamed and narrow
Also, being overweight can cause you to get tired easily and run out of breath.
