It’s like the body goes through test cycles of giving birth to make sure your prepared for the action. The stronger your back is the less pain you have hope this helps. 0 Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Elden Moon New You 2021-05-05T12:31:55+01:00Added an answer on May 5, 2021 at 12:31 pm Lower back pain during period is usually muscular and caused by hormonal changes. Prostaglandins are chemicals a woman’s body produces that cause many of the symptoms associated with menstrual discomfort. The tissue that lines the uterus makes these chemicals. They stimulate contraction of the uterine muscles so that the uterine lining is shed during menstruation. Prostaglandins also cause the symptoms of menstrual cramps and discomfort. Heavy contractions can lead to low back pain, as the pain can radiate from the lower abdomen into the low back. 0 Reply Share Share Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Share on WhatsApp Leave an answerLeave an answerCancel reply Attachment Select file Browse Featured image Select file Browse Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
