I tend to wake up with this serious headache every morning. I don’t know why.

This may be the result of a change in your body physiology. In the early morning hours, your body’s level of internal pain reduction may be lowered. Additionally, your body may make more adrenalin during this time, resulting in migraine headaches. If you have morning migraine attacks, work to understand what might be triggering them. Dehydration, poor sleep hygiene, disrupted sleep, and medication withdrawal could all be part of what’s causing you to wake up with a migraine attack.
when you sleep the blood vessels in you head relax and dilate. This could possibly cause your headache. Either try getting up earlier, or drink a caffeinated drink immediately when you wake up. The caffeine will constrict the vessels. Another possibility is that you are becoming dehydrated through the night. You might set an alarm and drink some water a few hours before you normally wake up. It could also be one of many things like, blood pressure, reaction to medication, uncomfortable sleeping positions, exercise or lack of exercise
