I kind of figured guys really don’t like getting a “no” from ladies. Why is this?
After being told no, some men tend to further pursue women. Men become aggressive with women when they do not get their way, which may put a fear in women that may cause them to become afraid of men in general. Entitlement is one of the reasons why men do not handle rejection well. A lot of guys feel like they fit a girl’s qualifications and that a girl should automatically say yes. The anger that the male has may hurt his masculinity, which could cause him to act out toward the woman who has rejected him.
Most men can’t handle not being in control. Rejection can be painful, but not understanding the rejection, needing elaborate reasons, or just not accepting, “No” is a real problem. Some people, both women and men, can’t handle not getting their own way. No one really enjoys it, but most can accept not being able to control a situation. The ones who can’t, stay angry and unhappy.
