Stammering is nothing but an incorrect way of speaking that one learned somehow due to many known or unknown reasons. How to overcome that? There is no permanent solution to stammering. There are ways, however, that can help you along the way to get better at speaking You have to first unlearn that incorrect method of speaking and simultaneously learn a new stress-free method of speaking by sincerely taking Speech Therapy.
I used to stutter as a kid. Had brief speech class in school that pretty much got rid of it.
For me, they said it was because my brain was moving too fast to keep up with my mouth. They basically explained to me that I simply need to slow down. I don’t have to get everything out all at once. Once they explained that to me, I slowed down my speech pattern and was cool from then on. But, there are many different reasons. This was simply mine. And it makes perfect sense to me.
