I haven’t been able to launch my Apple Music and play music for few days now, I don’t know why. What could be the problem?

Network problem is one of the main causes of this. Apple Music works by communicating with the Apple server to carry out requests and input processes. To make this happen, a stable Wi-Fi internet access is needed. If your iPhone is experiencing some network problems, then there’s a tendency for Apple Music to fail as it won’t be able to connect to the Apple server. And that’s when you need to deal with network-connectivity issues first. The quickest possible solution to network problems on an iPhone is a network settings reset.
Turn on iCloud Music Library then restart your iPhone. iCloud Music Library allows you to access all the music files in your Library from Apple Music. If this feature isn’t turned on or enabled, you won’t be able to access the music library, hence you won’t be able to access music files through Apple. After enabling that, try to switch off your mobile and put it back on. Minor software errors that might have hindered Apple Music from working will also be cleared out by a system reboot. This solution definitely worked for me, I hope it works for you too.
