It is better to hire a trusted developer from a trusted company. There are many such developers online who are ready to give services, but all of them cannot be trusted as some turn into fraud. You can outsource developers from different marketplaces like ClickIT Tech, Upwork, Fiverr etc. These marketplaces provide links for various developers to contact and hire them for your project.
If you’re looking for a professionals, then LinkedIn is your best bet. Unfortunately, most of the freelancing platforms contain amateurs and professionals alike. If you are able to spot the difference between a real professional or someone that’s saying all the right things but just did a udemy course on software development last night then great. Otherwise, build a relationship with a proven professional.
if you think hiring a professional is expensive, wait until you’ve hired a few amateurs.
