What can you do while you’re still at your non-fulfilling job, you can be on the look out for another job offer. Or you can learn a major sellable skill while you’re at the job, such that when you leave that job, you can have a skill set to fall back on. Leaving a job that you hate but pays your bills without any plan or major alternative source of income will leave you burnt at the end of the day.
When people complain that their job isn’t satisfying or that they hate their jobs. Most times, it’s not even about the job, it’s always about the factors outside the job. Sometimes, we get overwhelmed and it affects us. What do you do outside of work? How do you spend your time when you’re not at work? You see, it’s not always about the job. While I won’t tell you to settle for less or stick to a job that makes you unhappy, it is important that you know that, a job at hand is better off ten thousands of jobs out there. And while you’re at a job, it gets easier trying to get another job.
