At every point in time, I feel I’m being watched. I’ve never felt this way before, I know something is not right. I really can’t just prove it yet.

Buy a gun. Let the salesman at the gun shop help you with your choice: something that best fits your hand-size. Learn how to use the gun. Take the NRA handgun safety course— or if you have a friend who is on a police force or in the military, ask them to teach you. Or, if the gun-shop offers instruction, take it from them. This is important. A weapon is simply a paperweight if you don’t know how to deploy it and aim it accurately. It’s a time-bomb if you don’t know how to safely take care of it. You should also buy pepper spray. It’s better than a gun against multiple opponents and will buy you the time to deploy your firearm if you aren’t practiced at it.
Sadly, the only thing you can do is to report your suspicion. However, they’re not likely to take any action unless an actually crime has been committed. But you could never control those gangs. And if you’re scared that maybe things would get more worse, well you could try getting pepper sprays, pocket knives or tasers and carry them with you as a self defense weapon. Also try learning self defense if there’s more time. If you feel you don’t want to report it, try knowing what the gang want. Try negotiating. Try finding alternatives for what they wanted if you can’t give it. Never lose guard. Be safe.
