What can make someone tick to a job they daily complain about. You see and hear how people complain bitterly about their jobs, and you go all “oh why don’t you leave the job”. Why can’t people leave a job that doesn’t make them happy?

I’ve come to resonate with people when it comes to the matter of job they don’t enjoy doing , that is because I’ve been there. A lot of people do not like their work condition or even their job generally but still stay in the job. The major reason is the fact that employment is not buoyant, and with the influx of immigrants into the UK, it only makes the situation so unfavorable. Many people want to change their job but they lack the qualification or experience needed to seek better jobs out there. So, what if they leave their job, how they do they pay for their water bills? Their electricity, health, and so on. That is why instead of quitting the job they already have for a job they don’t have, they’d rather continue to maintain the position just to secure the wage they get from it.
Many people think they have no choice but to stay in a job that they hate, it doesn’t have to be the case. There is always a way out. There is always an option. Just that, not everyone Ian bold enough to take that giant step. Be prepared to make that decision for yourself sooner than later. You just got to plan and want it bad enough. Take up a part time degree or learn something else that could potentially propel you to a better industry.
Don’t look back on life and realise that you spent most of it in a job you hate
