If you are talking about all business expenses than you need an accounting ERP such as Quickbooks Online or Xero.
There is a subscription based premium app FinArt which recently added business expense tracking. It was originally meant for personal expenses only, but it seems lot of us have started side hassles and FinArt has found this as an opportunity to extend their service to business accounts. I can vouch for their efficient tracking of expenses and customer support.
