It is imperative to carefully go through all the options available before choosing the best for you.
The best for someone else, isn’t necessarily the best for you. Support is done through live chat on their site so you always get really fast responses compared to the budget shared hosting where you could wait hours for a response. Rather than going back and forth trying to tell you how to fix something, I’ve had them offer to login and fix it themselves, which probably saves us both time.
