      Be friendly. Greet customers with smile and always be courteous.

      Respond in timely manner. Customers appreciate speedy response to their inquiries, especially time sensitive inquiries.

      Saying thank you can go a long way when providing customer service. Customers will always remember sincere gratitude.

      Do not just ask for feedbacks, make use of the feedbacks you receive to enhance your services better

      Have a self-service option. Help customers find solution to issues on their own

      Train your staff-it is important to make sure all your employees understand how to interact with customers.

      Always respond to requests as fast as possible. Be available 24/7

      Interact with your customers, know their wants and needs. Get to know your customers well so they will always feel special.

      Put your customers first, your customers should be at the Centre of your business. Without them, your business can not survive.

      Know your products and services well, do you can be able to provide detailed information on them.

      Personalize your service-customers want to interact with a person not a company

      Pay attention to customer’s feedbacks. Let them know you listen to them when they speak to you.

      Always keep your word. Do not let customers down, trust and honesty go a long way in keeping customers.
