I have noticed my 8yr old son might be showing traits of s psychopath, and I’m so concerned. He bullies his friends a lot, lies without remorse and often break rules. I don’t know that to do.

Trust your instincts. Very often these narcissistic traits are called oppostional conduct disorder in teens. Get him in therapy with a reputable psychotherapist that understands personality disorders. I would suggest therapy for yourself and educate yourself on setting boundaries with your child, how to not be manipulated and how to confront this behavior in a constructive way aimed at changing it.
