Vagina dryness can affect any woman but more common among women in their menopause- this is when the ovaries stop producing eggs and the estrogen level decreases. Without the production of this hormone, the skin and the supporting tissues of the vulva and vagina become thinner and dry. Vagina dryness is as a result of a decrease in the estrogen level.
How much water and how much alcohol have you been drinking? For me, as soon as I drink 2 glasses of wine without a cup of tea afterwards, I’ll get dry. It’s possible you’ve been unconsciously drinking too little water in comparison to your alcohol intake. If the case is otherwise, then you can sit out the yeast infection medicine and if that doesn’t help maybe get it checked for eczema or see a gynecologist maybe?
