Stop using products that tend to strip off natural oils from your body. Massage your skin always upwards while cleansing your face this prevents skin from sagging. Try moisturizers that contain vitamin E. Moisturize your skin with suitable mask, a mixture of honey, oatmeal and milk is a great ones for dry wrinkled skin. Honey helps in building collagen of your skin. Avoid processed food as much as possible. Incorporate some organic veggies in your diet as well as omega 3 rich foods. Drink enough water to make sure your body is well hydrated.
Drinking water does help. Having healthy oils (cold pressed or labeled organic) and essential fatty acids really helps a lot. Also getting enough vitamins like A & E. Veggies have a lot of vitamin A and oils have vitamin E. Organic wheat, oil supplements and cod liver oil supplements are excellent for skin and hair and healing from old injuries. They can reverse that dry wrinkled when consumed with a well balanced nutrient rich diet that includes sea weed. I almost forgot to mention, the sea weed helps the thyroid function and an under active thyroid can cause dry dry skin also, but weight gain and low energy accompany this too.
