Sometimes, I just cannot help but feel restless at the thought that a woman was probably not in God’s original plan for creation. If he created man in his own image, nothing really should stop him from creating a woman directly from his image too. No?

The bible is a work of fiction. It reflects exactly the intolerance, bigotry and ignorance of the society. I’m completely clueless as to how anything about the universe worked, they misattributed natural events and forces to the invisible, magical phantasm that was the centre of their religious superstitions. Being demonstrably misogynistic, they needed for women to be inferior to men, this was indeed achieved; attributing their existence as being directly from the body of a male gender.
Probably not, it was after God noticed that the man He created was lonely and bored that he created an helpmate for him. And definitely there would be a time interval in which God watched man, so he decided to support him with a woman. I’m not suggesting God made Adam intentionally, but made Eve by a roll of the dice.
