Why exactly is Ukraine holding back from attacking Russia despite all the explosions in their country by the Russians?
For one; it could be because it is not in Ukraine’s best interests to do so. Ukraine really can not count on assistance from any other power-packed countries and would be decimated by the Russian military. Ukraine doesn’t have enough manpower, machines and destructive arms like Russia.
