Your business or business idea must undergo an assessment by an approved body. You must meet English language requirements. You must provide evidence of personal savings to support yourself during your time in the UK. To support your application, you must provide a business plan and supporting documents for endorsement.
The skilled worker visa is for employers to recruit people from overseas to work in the UK in a specific job. A skilled worker must have a job offer in an eligible skilled occupation from an employer home office-approved sponsor. You would need your Certificate of Sponsorship, passport with a validity of 12 months and documents in support of your educational qualifications.
