Top 6 easiest way to migrate to Canada

Canada is one of the best countries you can live in because it has one of the best education systems in the world and great job opportunities. Migrating to Canada could be a long process; however, there are easier ways to immigrate to Canada, but it would still be dependent on the eligibility requirements, the priorities and goals you have set for yourself. There are several channels you can go through as an applicant, be it for skilled professionals, students, business investors, entrepreneurs, and many others.

The easiest ways to migrate to Canada include:

1. Express Entry: The Express Entry system is the fastest and most efficient way to immigrate to Canada. It involves submitting an online profile that is scored by Canada’s Comprehensive Ranking System, and it calculates the score of the candidate based on key factors like age, language competency, work experience, and education. However, to do this, you must first be eligible under one of Canada’s three federal streams, which include Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades. Applicants who meet the desired score are considered suitable enough to immigrate and obtain the Canada PR Visa. It is also considered the easiest way to get permanent residency (PR) in Canada because applicants who apply through the Express Entry system can receive PR as soon as six months after applying.

2. Provincial Nominee Program: This is for applicants who are unable to meet the requirements of express entry. Via this process, Canada grants the right to its provinces to invite skilled people and nominate them for immigration to the country based on the occupation’s in-demand status and labor market requirements in that province. However, there are several nominee programs offered by Canada’s ten provinces and three territories, with each having its own unique eligibility criteria and processing time. Although the cost of immigrating to Canada through a PNP is usually the same as Express Entry, with some additional fees depending on the province.

3. Business Investor Program: This category is suitable for both business owners and business managers in foreign countries looking to set up a business in Canada. You can either apply through a start-up visa or provincial business immigration programs, but it often requires a significant investment in the company you intend to start in Canada, and the amount required will depend on the program you are interested in.

4. Work Permit with a Job Offer: This category is for individuals who have received a job letter from a Canadian employer. As a result, the employer would be required to submit a Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) application to Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) to support your employment, and you, as the employee, would be required to provide proof of your education and work experience, as well as evidence that you will contribute productively to the Canadian economy. However, for this permit type, when the employee wishes to change the employer or position of work, then the application needs to be re-approved by the authorities.

5. Study Visa: For this route, an applicant must first be accepted by a university for studies, which involves the submission of a Statement of Purpose of your education, a letter of recommendation, and essays about your interest in the course, along with your certificates and degrees. Students who have been accepted into the university can then start the application process by attaching the university‘s acceptance letter for records along with all the other visa requirements.

6. Visitor Visa: This is one of the easiest ways for a short period, and the types include the Single Entry and Multiple Entry Visas for a maximum period of six months. Its requirements include a valid passport and enough financial resources to pay for expenses.

The Canadian government has opened these immigration channels to provide a hassle-free immigration process.
