My head, because it can think rationally. Emotions are important to recognize, and they always exist for a reason, but that reason isn’t necessarily a good one; logic and rationality are needed to temper it. You have to take both things into account to figure out what you should do, at least most of the time.
I think you should follow your head by thinking about decisions and possible outcomes, but don’t have an endless debate in your head. Obviously you don’t want to make stupid decisions, but if you spend all your time thinking you won’t get anywhere. If you are unsure about something just follow your heart and go for it. It’s better to know that something will never be than to not know for the rest of your life.
