Faster delivery into the system is key to taking medications, so why take chances by swallowing your medicines with cold water.
It is better to avoid taking tablets with cold water because : Usually the contents of a tablet takes a long duration to reach destination compared to the injection. The system should bring the cold water to the body temperature before the absorption of the tablet. This process ends up in further delay in the disintegration and absorption of the tablet.
