NO! Why would you want to do that? If you feel it will affect your ability to function on the job, then take that into account before you accept the job offer and weigh your decision accordingly. If you think they may look down on you or think twice about hiring you, and you feel good about the job, don’t mention it. Now, if it’s a job where your anxiety, depression and OCD may put someone else in danger, I would not take the job. I studied to be a nurse, but I would never do that job for fear of the anxiety acting up making me distracted and giving someone the wrong medication or something.

Unless it affects you to the point of you becoming unable to function, there’s no need to share personal details if they won’t interfere with your personal or professional life. There’s a lot of stigma attached to the mental disorders of any kind – and we have many years to go before people are properly educated about the true cause of those disorders. Until then, I would personally advise you against becoming a living example of how to overcome such difficulties.
If you really truly want to disclose something to a personal friend or someone very close to you, just say that you are working through a challenging period in your life but you have it under control.
Instead of an outpour of unnecessary condescension towards suffering, you will be rewarded with an understanding that everyone has a battle they are fighting but you are not making this battle to be the primary centerpiece of your life.
