With the rate of illegal immigrants growing daily, would you consider it right to report one if you see.
Under the law, yes you should. Silence is not an option when you see illegal activity around you. You might feel sympathetic towards them in question, but feelings do not have a place in law.
If you know they are illegal, you should report them. In Asian countries like China and Thailand actively encourage their citizens to report foreigners that are suspicious of being illegal immigrants to the authorities. If they can do it for the good of their country than so should you.
