I work a very demanding job, the pay is great yeah…but I work round the clock. Zero time for a “me time”, no time to visit friends. What should I do?

      I’d like that you ask yourself these questions;
      Are you finding satisfaction in your job? Do you think you are very much relevant, such that quitting your job may affect the company in some ways? What are your odds of getting another job as good as that one or better? I’m going to answer your question from a personal view, I see this as something that can easily be worked out. If I get satisfaction from my job and I contribute to the growth of the company visibly, I wouldn’t just throw that away because it’s demanding. There is no job that isn’t demanding, some are just more demanding than others. I feel it’s something you’re can work out with your employer or whoever is in charge of the employee management. But I believe you will make the best decision for yourself. Good luck.

      An employee always know when it is time to quit a job no matter how great or bad the job is. So, there is little to nothing anyone can actually tell you about here, you sure know what is best and what to do already. That said, I’d like to advise that you don’t leave your job if you don’t have one yet. While you’re thinking of leaving your job, strive hard to lol for better jobs out there that will give you time for your families and friends and yourself. But do not stay out of a job if you don’t have one a new one at hand already. It’s a miserable step, do not take it.
