I’ve recently started having strange allergies to foods I used to enjoy eating. What is the reason for the new allergies development?

Your body is in constant change when it comes to food allergies. There are things that I am allergic to that I didn’t use to be and there are things that I can have now that I used to be allergic to. My doctor said our bodies constantly chase as we get older, our allergies can change. I can have shellfish now. I found out about four moths ago that I am no longer allergic to it. However I do have to introduce it to my taste buds which haven’t really been liking shellfish!!
Your body is constantly processing and absorbing the food you eat. As you grow older, your body becomes slower, less productive, and is unable to deal with the same amounts it did when you were younger. The strain of eating what you’re used to rather than what your body needs, leads to problems like intolerances.
