Mental decluttering is a way of ridding your yourself off very irrelevant, negative and disturbing thoughts. I think at every point in time, everyone should engage in this to live more healthy lives.

I am a firm believer decluttering your physical space will overflow into clearing your mental space. It sounds stupid but I clear out my actual clutter. If there is a view of a room that I see all the time, I try to keep it empty. Get rid of the compulsive purchases you’re no longer interested in. They’re no longer serving you if you’re not interested. I implore you to just go ahead and take the financial hit and sell them for whatever you can get to be rid of all that stuff or just give it away to someone that it would spark joy for.
It is simple. Do one form of de-cluttering each day. It could be something as trivial as clearing your cupboard or kitchen shelf or as major as decluttering your conscience. Make a habit to synchronize your thoughts with your desired action everyday. When you begin to make a confluence of your visions and goals, short and long term, related to an idealistic living with your actual practice and actions , you shall see a remarkable change. Remember, you are in charge of your own peace and nobody can give it to you or take it away from you.
