Alibris is one reliable online book store where you can sell your used and preloved books. They have a US and UK website and ship internationally, all countries is the claim. Costs vary for regions but they do offer standard and priority international shipping methods.
Abebooks.com is my favorite. Mostly because they include so many used book stores, retail and online. So you can search multiple stores.
Yes, you have to watch the shipping. But there are always sellers with free shipping, so you just need to look for individual books from the free shipping sellers. I often put multiple copies of the same book in my cart, then see how many I can group at one seller with free shipping. Then delete the rest, or save for later.
